If you know a worse bike I'd be interested!
I took my bike in to have the brake cable replaced but didn't manage to get to the shop before it closed. The next day I was heading off on holiday but when I called the shop they were really kind and kept my bike safe until I returned. The job had been done really well - the first place I've been where the excess cable was tucked in out of the way. Great price too.
I needed to adjust my bike saddle which had been jammed for a number of years due to rust. I was impressed with the amount of effort Dees put into removing it. After sticking it in a vice and adding penetrating oil each day for a couple of weeks it still wouldn't come off. The guy said 'we don't give up easily' and finally removed it after a few more days.
