Friendly & helpful. Last summer I called in for a battery test and some professional advice regarding an intermittent starting problem. Even though I interrupted their lunch they were polite and checked the battery straight away. More recently my battery decided to conk out completely, and after getting it jump started I called John Cox who told me to bring it down straight away. They tested everything and fitted a new battery that same morning, despite being busy with other work. This garage might not be the cheapest and I cant rate them on car servicing yet, but I will definitely consider using them again because a high standard of customer service and reliability is sometimes worth paying a little more for, particularly when it comes to getting your car back on the road.

Never had work done by this company but I just come across one of the employees/owners in Amersham car park when he gave me his parking ticket, so if he takes the time to stop me in my car explain that hes got a ticket for an hour and half I can have, imagine the time hed take on something as expensive as a car. Maybe a stupid review but it makes sense to me
Excellent garage, excellent mechanics, Ive used them on numerous occasions and they are always very honest. Today I visited them with a problem to do with my clutch which I thought had gone (all resistance in the clutch had gone and I couldnt change gears), one of the mechanics took a look at it and within minutes had fixed me back up - and he didnt charge me a thing. Bearing in mind there are lots of garages who will over charge you for things like this, especially as I know very little about cars, I was very impressed. Cant praise them enough
