One of the worst receptionist got to work at this place. Had to book an urgent appointment, despite that it was way past the opening hours I still had to hold the line for more than half an hour for someone to pick the phone up. Ended up going there by person and when I complained about the time on the phone all I got was a rude response " we are too busy, what is your problem?" Honestly, I respect the front desk staff but that was just too much. That aside you need to get to know the doctors there first and then book an appointment with the one you prefer ( not always available at the time convenient for you)
Never any appointments, even when asked for emergency appointments. Easier to go to out of hours
On a Monday morning which is busiest time of the surgery I asked for urgent appointment and they arranged to see the GP within 20 minutes. While the GP was seeing me asked me, how is my husband? I told the GP that my husband also has high temperature, while I was in the room, the GP called my husband and told him to come to the surgery immediately and my husband seen by the GP very much within 20 minutes.What else can we ask? It is State-of-the-Art Surgery!
I agree that the receptionists go out of their way to be helpful but one particular GP is very arrogant and dismissive. In the end I gave up and saw a private GP who diagnosed oral thrush which was totally missed by my GP. I expect an apology and a doctor that actually listens to my symptoms and does the relevant checks.
Amazing service. Dr. Bajwa called me to discuss a delicate situation. Did not jump to conclusions and handled the matter very well. I felt that he cared. Thank you.
