Arrived at 17.00 to collect my Watch (they close at 17.15). I buzzed on the door. Neither of the two Staff I could see let me in. I got in when another Customer came out. Very unfriendly Woman who works in there looked at her Watch to suggest I had no business being there that near to closing time. Will take my repairs elsewhere in future!

Unhelpful, rude and snobby about valuing my "cheap" watch and necklace. Apologies but 80 isnt cheap to everyone.
