I have been using Chiltern Specialist Cleaners for years , mainly for suits, school uniforms and I have always been very happy with their service. They are friendly and always endeavor to have your 'clean' ready as soon as you need it. Never had a problem. It is also convenient to park nearby and drop off/pick up. I have given them 4 star simply because I have used their service only for suits etc
ruined the suede lining and left white streaks on the arm and back of my Ralph Lauren Purple Label jacket (2K)
My wife took our duvet for a same day clean. Came back dirtier than it went so sent it back to be redone. Was told it would take 3 days. Picked it up again and got home to be called to say they had given her the wrong duvet. So back again to get the right one. Asked for refund, but only willing to refund 50% of price. Could go to Trading Standards, but frankly, just will not go there again.
