I recently visited this business to discuss a problem that i was having on my double glazed front door which was not working as it should. I found the chap to be extremely unhelpful and rude. I am a British asian and I felt very uncomfortable at the way in which I was spoken to, which had an undertone to the words used. He was curt and made me fee that i was wasting my time and knew nothing as i was brown. I would recommend to avoid this company as they are not interested in helping but just selling. If i could give a zero score i would as this guy made me feel that i was stepping back to the 1980's!

I am delighted at the level of service that I have received from CJ's and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.The proprietor was very knowledgeable and accommodating as this was for a tenanted property and thus access had to be arranged via a third party. They have a decent range of products that are fitted and well maintained.I will definitely use this shop again.Thank you CJ's.
