Traditional pub with good food but nothing special. Very friendly. Helps to order food a little bit ahead if you are larger group. Beer good.

What a warm, cosy, welcoming pub this is. We were sucked in by the hospitality and atmosphere. Good, home cooked pub grub, good choice on the menu and an excellent host who seemed genuinely pleased to welcome us. The slow cooked pork belly was succulent with a beautifully crisp crackling and moist meat. Would happily return for the great combination of good food and warm welcome.

Good for drinks, nice interior, but never eat here.

Lovely tasty home cooked roast dinner today. Followed by an even tastier chocolate sponge and custard. Welcoming and friendly staff too. We'll worth a visit! I'll be back soon. Pam

Quiet, cozy rooms. Excellent for a romantic weekend.
