Very bad service. No smile at all. Looks racist.
I was the friend Lucy is referring to. Dreadful post office viewing experience. Would hate to think how Lucy felt after having to actually USE that postal service. I agree that getting out and meeting some new people may help you cheer up.
Unbelievably moody. Warned my friend how rude they are before we went in and I was not wrong. Had to ask the bloke to repeat everything he said he was so moody. Needs to lighten up, have a giggle, meet some old friends x
Very bad service here. The woman scowls at you (never seen her smile) and is usually on her mobile phone. You have to wait in the queue until she finishes texting, then you might get served. Bad luck if someone calls her whilst she serves you. She will then ignore you and chat about rubbish while you wait until she finishes. No wonder shes always making mistakes. Doesnt she realise shes dealing with the Queens mail? So to sum up, if you want rude, slow service and be greeted with scowl rather than a smile, this is the place to go. Wish I could give it minus 5 stars.
Very long wait even though only one person was ahead of me. Person serving was too busy chatting to friends behind the counter to serve customers efficiently and clearly did not care about customer service. I was in there 15 mins before I got to the counter and the woman still carried on chatting to her friends when I got there without acknowledging me. Worst service I've ever received in a post office.
