Always thought there was something not right with this garage, my car always seemed to come away with more wrong with it than it went in for. The last time it went in I spent over 1000 on servicing and a few issues after a few days it showed low coolant, went to top it up and the bonnet release handle came off in my hand, took it in having informed them it was broken and they said yes it was broken I had to rebook it in, over a week later finally got it fixed but all too late as Ive had to scrap my lovely TT as the head gasket has failed. All that after spending over 1000 on a service, venture here at your peril!!!
Stephen liaised closely with me throughout the period of time my car was being serviced and a fault being investigated.I was given a like for like courtesy car and was not admonished when I was unable to return it as promptly as I had hoped. All in all ,superb customer service was extended to me. I would highly recommend Amersham Audi to anyone who is looking for efficient ,prompt and courteous service.
