My father brought his car from CSG and over the years they have looked after him and the car. They moved and left the car with me to sell and he suggested taking it back to CSG. The sale was so easy and fast with no complications. I marked 4 stars because I feel they could have given a better price but the car did have a lot of marks on it.

I walked in as the battery had died at home. They arranged for someone to pick up the car, took it fixed it and my car was as new at the end of the day. They kept me informed at all times and even offered to deliver the vehicle. Great, quick and reasonably priced service. I will use them again (though hopefully not for a long time)
After confirming the address as the Toyota Directory sent out to me in their letter of March this year was wrong as they have moved I went on a round trip of 25 miles for an airbag recall on my 14 year old car. I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the oil 13.44 after I was asked "shall we top up the oil for you" as I was not informed that this was a chargeable service and therefore given a chance to make a more informed decision as most garages would of done it free of charge. Beware of these extra costs on the back of these recalls.
