Very flexible. I noticed my MOT had expired and after calling many places and unable to get an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, a friend recommended Chipro. They were very accommodating and said I could come over at 3.30 even though they closed at 4pm. Quote to do repair work was very reasonable as well. Thank you!
