Great menu choice, food quality good, friendly and helpful staff. Beer good too. Prices Reasonable. Good atmosphere. Portion sizes from the non-offer menus were generous.
DO NOT GO IN IF UNDER 21 Went in for a work do, 3 of our work mates including me are 19. Two of my friends got served and then told to leave after because they had turned into an over 21 pub. While me and my friend were told we couldn't be served despite showing our ID and being in the same situation as the other two and was asked to leave. Resulting in all 30 of our other work mates walking through Amersham to find a better suited pub.
Very clean well presented table, service is very good and attentive. Food was good but I don't think necessary all made on site, but I could be wrong. A great place for a family or romantic evening.
Popped in for lunch earlier today. Food was nice enough and very well cooked. There was a lovely lady behind the bar that offered to let me have a taster of a lager that I'd never heard of before. Only downside which would give the place a higher rating was one particular staff member. This staff member was very rude and unhelpful.
A good pub that provides a well rounded service. Can sometimes take a while to get served when it's busy. Food quality is good with a varied menu. There is a limited choice for vegetarians and vegans. There is plenty of seating with a variety of sizes of tables.
