Great environment and fantastic service. A large menu with many different choices of food from pizza to cottage pie. Well worth a visit!
Staff very friendly but standards have slipped. Toilets were part broken and shabby.As a family of 4 we had 2 kids menus and 2 adult. The kids burger was so well cooked it was almost too tough to cut through. The kids pizza had a "handle" of dough which was massively undercooked. When i mentioned this I was told as it was so thick it couldn't be cooked more because it would burn the rest of the pizza. Therefore it is more for decoration...which meant that only half the kids pizza is actually edible!The kids garlic bread is just pizza with garlic oil. No actual garlic...or bread.Adult mains were ok but the fries portions are so small and always cold!!It's quite expensive for what it is!
Standards have slipped from when this restaurant opened. It's obvious from the moment you walk through the door past the limescale encrusted dog water bowls. Had a rather shoddy breakfast this morning on what was probably our 8th visit to this restaurant. Poor service, hard poached eggs and brown avocado. I don't like food waste so I didn't complain about that, just the service which then improved. The food and atmosphere is good so we will probably return and hopefully things will have improved.
Lovely pub and restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Big place and quite loud inside so if you want something more intimate don't go here. Food was great, any problems were sorted quickly.
I hate to recommend places like this, but they really do it well here. Service and quality are both consistently excellent. Great place for a social drink, with a lively buzzing atmosphere, but also the food is really surprisingly good. Also the breakfasts are superb. Rare to find an establishment that genuinely does cover all bases well. Recommended for pretty much anything at any time of day.
